Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for California
- Previous experience delivering OT services in school environments
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adjust to different student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in their individual plans
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings with clear goals and recommendations
- Implement activities and interventions tailored to each child’s developmental needs and academic goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting for compliance and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to provide holistic support and effective strategies
- Adapt to a dynamic school environment while fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere
