Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, valid CA OT license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for helping children grow and thrive
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Delivering direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Consulting with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and services
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team-based decisions
- Utilizing creative problem-solving to help students access the curriculum and school environment
