Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based OT settings highly desirable
- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and manage diverse caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and IEP teams
- Competency working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
Role Highlights:
- Serve students onsite, supporting educational teams at multiple school locations
- Conduct and document evaluations for students referred for occupational therapy
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as prescribed in IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
- Adapt intervention strategies to individual student needs and diverse learning environments
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and related services to foster student achievement
