You’ll be working onsite Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for 36 hours each week, with a focus on evaluations and ongoing caseload support. Whether handling overflow assessments, supporting students at multiple school sites, or guiding progress at the elementary or high school level, you’ll play a key role in helping learners reach their full potential.
What We’re Seeking:
- Current, valid Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic caseload
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
- Ability to travel to onsite locations as required
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct OT services to students (elementary, middle, high school)
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Support overflow assessments and adapt plans as needed for evolving caseloads
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share expertise with school teams
