Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students within assigned school buildings and, when needed, to those who are medically homebound
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to design individualized therapeutic interventions
- Assess student needs and tailor treatment plans to foster skill development and participation
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Be adaptable to shifting caseload numbers and locations throughout the school year
- Maintain compliance with all state and district guidelines
