Travel Occupational Therapist in Herrin, IL

Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Float between locations, including Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph Memorial Hospital
- Flexibility on shift as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- CPR certification (BLS required for all hospital settings)
- Additional credentials based on assignment: May include ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS (see hospital/unit requirements)
- Adaptability to float between multiple facilities
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital-based therapy environment preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care
- Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes efficiently
- Flexibly adapt to unique workflows and methods across hospital sites
