Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, with built-in flexibility on shift times
- Rotating between multiple facilities including Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph’s hospitals
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT)
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required for various units (refer to individual hospital/unit requirements as outlined)
- Adaptability to float between different acute care settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy services across hospital settings (acute rehab, emergency, ICU, PCU, med/surg, and more)
- Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care and therapy interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
- Float between hospital campuses as needed for patient and team support
- Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
