Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate (required)
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Knowledge of IEP planning, documentation, and implementation
- Flexibility to support a Preschool-Middle School caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to student needs and goals
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy services according to IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to promote students’ functional skills and independence
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and related documentation
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to families and multidisciplinary teams
