Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students, both individually and in groups, based on IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students’ needs and abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to foster student success in the classroom
- Develop and implement activities to enhance students’ independence, motor skills, and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing detailed input and progress reporting to families and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, student progress, and compliance-related paperwork
- Consult with faculty on accommodations, assistive technology, and classroom modifications
