Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to enhance educational participation
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services based on IEP goals
- Maintain organized documentation, progress reports, and related paperwork in compliance with school requirements
- Coach and support educational staff and families with strategies to maximize student success
- Attend meetings and collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary educational team
