Certified School Occupational Therapist | Tijeras, New Mexico

Key Qualifications:
- Current New Mexico Occupational Therapist license (required)
- New Mexico PED certification for Occupational Therapy (required)
- Previous experience with school-age populations preferred
- Ability to independently manage a caseload across K-12th grade
- Skilled in conducting a wide variety of assessments and writing clear reports
- Collaborative, professional communication style with multidisciplinary teams and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services tailored to students’ individual needs
- Conduct assessments to inform goals and service delivery within the IEP process
- Attend and contribute expertise during IEP team meetings
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
