- Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, planning, and direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student participation and success in the classroom
- Document progress, maintain records, and complete required reports
- Support inclusion and access by developing interventions that promote motor skills, self-care, social participation, and adaptive functioning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful observations and recommendations
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families for best practices in student support
