Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs within the educational environment
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ goals
- Provide direct therapy services—either onsite or virtually, depending on mutual fit
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input
