Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans tailored to student IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, utilizing engaging and evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress in classroom and daily activities
- Document assessments, progress, and service delivery in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to guide educational teams on accommodations and modifications
- Provide consultative support and resources for classroom staff to help integrate therapeutic strategies
