Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- School-based occupational therapy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill development
- Comfort with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention strategies
- Address fine and gross motor skill challenges to support classroom participation
- Deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Complete accurate evaluations, documentation, and IEP participation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student achievement
