Not only will you gain exposure to a wide age range of students, from Pre K to 12th grade, and manage a dynamic caseload, but you’ll also work directly with a COTA, providing supervision and collaborative support. Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Minnesota
- Experience serving Pre K-12 students preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous supervisory experience beneficial, but not required
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 60-75 students
- Work full-time (40 hours/week); assignment runs ASAP through June 1, 2026
- Supervise and collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Communicate progress and strategies to students, staff, and families
