Your expertise will benefit a diverse caseload of 60-75 students while you partner with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You’ll lead therapy sessions and provide mentorship, supporting young learners as they reach developmental and educational milestones.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience providing occupational therapy services within a school setting
- Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with a COTA
- Expertise in supporting Pre-K through 12th-grade students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized therapeutic plans
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for a range of student needs across grade levels
- Supervise and collaborate with the COTA to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families on intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the varied needs and goals of your caseload
