What you’ll need:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure and state credentials
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized student care
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans that address IEP goals and individual student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate progress to caregivers and educators
- Document all services provided, progress made, and recommendations according to school standards
- Adapt therapy techniques to the unique needs of each student, fostering participation in classroom routines and school activities
