Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT)
- Previous experience or interest in school-based settings working with Grades 8-12 (ages 13-21)
- Ability to provide direct and consultative OT services
- Commitment to professional growth and adaptation to diverse educational needs
- Willingness to participate in onsite interviews—seeing the school and connecting with the student population is a must
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately 15-17 direct OT service hours each week
- Provide consultative support to staff and students as needed
- Utilize Wednesday half-days for documentation, meetings, and professional tasks
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support student development
- Work with a year-round calendar to ensure consistent student progress
