School Occupational Therapist - Ellicott City, Maryland

Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current OT licensure
- Strong background working within school-based settings
- Experience providing OT services to adolescents and young adults with diverse needs
- Solid communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
- Ability to attend in-person interviews (onsite only) to tour the school and meet the students prior to accepting the position
Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately 15–17 hours per week of direct OT services to students
- Provide consultative occupational therapy support to teachers and staff
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on student assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaborations
- Dedicate Wednesday afternoons to documentation, meetings, and ongoing professional tasks, following student half days
