Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico (required)
- Previous school-based OT experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups from elementary through high school

- Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and create personalized therapy goals to support their educational and functional development

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student achievement and well-being
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input on accommodations and modifications for student success
