Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans for students with varying needs
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into daily routines
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Offer guidance and training to school staff to support students’ therapy goals within the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide insight during IEP development
