Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred

- Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT services
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Provide direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings, focusing on improving motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence
- Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as appropriate
- Monitor students’ progress and adjust interventions accordingly
