Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the classroom environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
- Provide direct treatment, consultation, and education to students, families, and teachers
- Adapt strategies and interventions to suit diverse learning needs and abilities
- Maintain ongoing communication with school staff and parents to ensure coordinated care
