Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine motor function, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions within classroom and individualized settings
- Document services, progress, and outcomes in line with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities
- Educate and equip school staff, families, and caregivers on strategies to support students’ success
- Adapt and modify learning environments and materials for diverse student needs
