Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license

- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and compliance
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy, identifying functional limitations and strengths
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students’ academic participation and independence
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide input during IEP meetings
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies and accommodations to support student achievement
- Deliver both direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
