- Prior experience delivering OT services within a school environment preferred

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with educators, parents, and support staff
- Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and goals
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and documentation for students at the lower elementary level
- Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to adapt learning environments and support student access to the curriculum
- Assist in developing and monitoring IEPs, attending eligibility and review meetings as needed
- Deliver both direct and consultative services, ensuring best practices for student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with local and federal guidelines
- Communicate clearly with families, providing resources and strategies for home use
