- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Aptitude for adapting treatment plans to meet diverse needs
Position Details:
- Full-time, contract position: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
- Focused caseload of about 18 students, allowing for individualized attention and meaningful progress
- Address a range of occupational therapy needs, including fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-regulation, and transitions
- Contribute to IEP meetings, documenting progress, and communicating with educators and families
- Provide direct interventions and consultative support within a collaborative school setting
