Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Missouri
- Experience working as an OT in school settings preferred
- Comfortable serving a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- District requires completion of fingerprinting (TCN number needed)
- Willingness to sign a district technology agreement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to support IEP goals across assigned schools
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with staff and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Adapt therapy techniques and equipment for individual student needs
- Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
