What you’ll bring:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience working in a school-based or adolescent population preferred

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to high school and post-secondary students
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service professionals
- Provide guidance on strategies and accommodations to facilitate student participation
- Engage in IEP meetings, contributing to student-centered planning
- Share caseload responsibilities cooperatively with another experienced OT
