Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fremont, CA
Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ growth and development as a part-time Occupational Therapist at educational sites in the San Jose area. You’ll collaborate with dedicated teams at two vibrant centers, providing essential OT services to diverse learners. This position is onsite only, allowing you to directly engage with students, educators, and families for a truly impactful experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy, with a strong focus on developmental disabilities
- Previous background in educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with families
- Comfort working at multiple locations within the district
- Commitment to onsite services (not available for virtual or hybrid work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions within school environments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a variety of developmental needs
- Consult and coordinate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and family members to support each student’s success
- Document progress and contribute to the IEP/504 process
- Participate in team meetings and staff development as appropriate
