What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
- Previous experience in school-based OT preferred, but not required
- A passion for promoting student well-being and helping children reach their potential
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to professional growth and best practices in school occupational therapy
What You’ll Do:
- Assess students’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans to support academic access and participation
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classrooms and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members to integrate OT strategies into the school environment
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support each student’s educational journey
