Qualifications:
- Active Virginia OT license required
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to work effectively with K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support educational goals
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Schedule caseload across 2 to 3 school locations within the district
- Offer consultative support and training to school staff as needed
