What we’re looking for:
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably across K-12 age groups
- Strong understanding of therapeutic practices tailored to pediatric and adolescent populations
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Comfort working exclusively onsite and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school schedules
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students of various ages (K-12) in accordance with their IEPs or 504 plans
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings and provide professional recommendations as needed
- Educate and support school personnel regarding best practices for accommodations and interventions
- Maintain confidential and accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
