Key Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
- Experience supporting a range of student needs across K-12 grade levels preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Adaptability, compassion, and a student-centered mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support students’ academic participation and functional independence
- Work closely with IEP teams, contributing to goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student success in the classroom
