Qualifications:
- Current, active OT License and OT Certification
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT preferred
- Familiarity with K-5 student needs and educational supports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy services for K-5 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting functional and educational goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and caregivers
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
