This full-time role is designed for the 26/27 school year and covers a manageable roster of 35-45 students, primarily in elementary grades. You’ll be fully supported by two skilled COTAs, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy and truly making a difference. Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (state of WI or eligible)
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently and supervise COTAs
- Dedication to supporting student development and educational goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators
- Supervise and guide two COTAs
- Complete required documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team activities
