This on-site position, located near Kent, WA, is for the full 2026-2027 academic year, with two positions available. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while working within a diverse caseload of up to 30 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Washington State OT license and certification required
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start
- Proven school-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload of K-12 students
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaboration and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students based on IEPs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop treatment plans and monitor progress on student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocacy for students
