School Occupational Therapist - Seattle, Washington

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Washington State OT licensure and certification
- Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI required
- Experience working with K-12 students, ideally in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with students, staff, and families
- Ability to provide individualized and group therapeutic services
- Flexible, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering student development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services for a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
This position is onsite-only, offering the unique chance to work closely with both students and colleagues, making a tangible difference every day. The contract spans from August 17, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
