Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Lee’s Summit, MO. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students across K-12th grade and collaborating with educators, families, and other school professionals to help students reach their academic and functional goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students and comfortable providing individualized occupational therapy services in a school environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and functional skills
- Support students' ability to participate successfully in the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records

Qualifications
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
