Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with educational teams
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-8 students
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and federal/state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student participation and performance
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports to support student outcomes
- Offer support, resources, and strategies to classroom staff and families
