Key Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L)
- Previous experience in school-based OT roles strongly preferred

- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of student needs and learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need, in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional levels and recommend appropriate interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and participation in the educational setting
- Document progress and maintain thorough records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative planning sessions
