What we’re seeking:
- California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience working in school-based environments strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy services
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting children in achieving academic and functional success
Your daily impact:
- Provide occupational therapy to students with diverse learning and developmental needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student abilities and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
- Work closely with educators and parents to share strategies and facilitate carryover in classroom and home settings
- Monitor, document, and report student progress in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Support the development of positive classroom environments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications as needed
