- Adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with a range of physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and therapy needs
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans to support students’ academic and functional success
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input to support collaborative goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students across multiple grade levels
- Educate staff and families on adaptive strategies, equipment, and techniques to optimize student participation
