Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Able to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student populations and developmental levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct individual and group occupational therapy services to K-12 students based on IEP requirements
- Assess, plan, and document student progress, participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
- Develop activities and interventions that foster student independence in academic and daily living skills
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to incorporate occupational therapy strategies in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state standards
- Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to school-based OT services
