Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist interested in supporting K-8 students across three campuses in the North Las Vegas area. This onsite, full-time contract position runs from late July through May, offering a rewarding academic year experience. As you partner with teachers and staff, you’ll make a tangible impact, helping students succeed inside and outside the classroom.
What you’ll bring:
- Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license (must provide a copy for verification with application)
- School-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a K-8 caseload, offering individualized and group occupational therapy services
- Flexibility to travel between Cadence, Northvalley, and Southwest Las Vegas campuses as scheduled
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, administrators, families, and other professionals
- Organizational skills to document services and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Present date of birth during the interview process for credentialing (required by client)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services onsite across three school locations
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and track their progress
- Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and submit all required documentation in a timely manner
- Adjust therapy strategies based on student growth and IEP recommendations
This full-time contract offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, following school hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) for the duration of the academic year.
