Occupational Therapist School Setting in Sparks, NV

Qualifications:
- Active Nevada OT license is required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess and develop treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services for students across K-12 caseloads
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each child’s educational goals
- Adapt therapy approaches to address sensory, motor, and behavioral needs within the school environment
- Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines for documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as needed
This position is full-time, offering 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You’ll have the support of a committed school staff while building valuable experience in a collaborative educational setting.
