School Occupational Therapist | Sun Valley, Nevada

You'll serve a diverse caseload of 50-55 students, spanning elementary to secondary levels, across one to two campus locations within the district. What we’re seeking:
- Valid Nevada Occupational Therapy (OT) license (required)
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage assessments, therapy sessions, and evaluations
- Comfort working with both elementary and secondary student populations
- Flexibility to travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Strong documentation and IEP participation skills; familiarity with digital IEP platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and school teams
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and administer assessments/evaluations per student IEPs
- Provide consultative support to staff and caregivers
- Complete timely, detailed IEP documentation and progress updates
- Participate in team meetings and multi-disciplinary planning
- Adapt therapy plans based on district caseload/workload model
This role features a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly. You’ll benefit from a structured onboarding process, district-provided training on their IEP system, and support from both local supervisors and a collaborative peer network.
