Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services as prescribed by students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Work closely with educators, families, and other therapists to support student goals
- Adapt resources and strategies for students’ varying needs and abilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
Position Details:
- Contract role for the rest of the academic year
- 8 hours per day, standard school schedule
