Work onsite with a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students across multiple school campuses. Set for August 6, 2026, to February 12, 2027—with potential for extension through the full academic year—you’ll play a key role helping children and adolescents achieve greater independence and academic success.
Key Qualifications:
- Current active California Occupational Therapist license is required
- Demonstrated experience in participating in and leading IEP meetings
- Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) preferred
- Strong skills using digital platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Prior work within school-based settings and multidisciplinary teams is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Travel between multiple school sites to address the needs of students from transitional kindergarten through grade 12
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student access and participation
- Document all services provided and progress monitored, maintaining compliance with state and school requirements
- Participate actively in IEP team meetings, contributing your expertise to develop and adjust intervention plans
