What we’re looking for:
- Active state Occupational Therapy license
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience working as an OT in schools strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with students across PreK–8th grade

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and adaptability in dynamic school environments
In this role, you will:
- Deliver direct OT services to students onsite
- Assess student needs, develop individualized plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and reporting
- Provide consultative support to school staff as needed
- Help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for academic participation
